How can I order 5, 6, 7 or 8 masks?

The best way to order 5, 6, 7 or 8 masks is to back the project with the Breeze for Four reward. It includes 4 units for the lower cost. You would be able to add any number of extra masks on our post-campaign BackerKit survey for the same per-unit price ($34.25 at Breeze for Four tier).

What do I need to replace in Breeze?

The outer shell and galvanic filters are washable and durable, and do not need to be replaced. The only replaceable filters in Breeze are N95 filters.

How often do I need to replace N95?

Typically, the recommendations are quite generic. Healthcare professionals usually replace air filters after as little as several hours of continuous wearing indoor. In an ordinary life a filter may not need to be replaced for weeks or even months. The 3M Company, one of the world’s most dependable manufacturers, claims that their N95 filters can serve up to 6 months. The 3M recommends replacing N95 filters when they get clogged up and become harder to breathe through or are physically damaged.

How can I choose colors for my masks?

You would be able to choose colors for each of your masks separately on our post-campaign pledge management survey.

Is the magnetic shield included and how can I add it?

Magnetic Eye Shields are optional. You will be able to add them on our post-campaign BackerKit survey. We are still trying to optimize the production, but the quality is the priority. Nevertheless, we capped the price at $10 for the clear shield meaning it still can be less but not more.

Can I get a refund during the Indiegogo Breeze campaign?

For the Indiegogo InDemand campaigns, backers may request a refund from Indiegogo up to ten (10) days after the contribution was made. Any refund or return requests made after the 10th day will be declined until the products will be produced. The funds were transferred by Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns as a lump sum minus commissions and fees were sent to our manufacturing partners. The Breeze (Artech) team can’t issue any refunds before the masks and other additional products are manufactured, delivered to our backers, and offered for sale to the general public.

Yes, the eye shield is adjustable vertically and has enough space to fit with most glasses.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
